Here are some of the queries we receive relating to job applications from professionals.

There is no suitable job on your website. Can I still apply?

Please send your CV/résumé, along with a covering letter, to our dedicated recruitment teams at the relevant application handling centre.

You should apply via the region in which you currently study or live, regardless of where you intend to work. Your application will be managed most effectively in the location closest to where you are currently living.

Will my details be kept on file?

We store all candidate details on a central database where they are kept for three years - unless we are requested in writing by an individual to delete their personal record. These records enable us to search against candidate profiles with specific skill sets, should we identify specific recruitment needs in the future.

Do I need a degree?

If a degree is a requirement, this will usually be stated on the advert itself. This may depend on the level and nature of the role you have applied for. A candidate who does not hold a degree may still be considered for one of our professional vacancies if they can demonstrate substantial relevant experience in the required field.

How long can I expect to wait before I hear anything?

You will receive an acknowledgement of our receipt of your details within 48 hours. You should, within the following two weeks, receive correspondence with regard to a decision.
